John 4:23 Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.
This is one of my favorite verse in the bible. Story ito ng conversation between the Samaritan woman and God.Jesus is explaining the kind of worshiper na hinahanap nya. Jesus is telling the Samaritan to worship Him in spirit because God is spirit. Dalawang word ang makikita natin dito first is the TRADITON Generation and True worshiper Generation.
Sometimes we follow God but we are blinded by the traditions. Sometimes we worship on what we do not know like the Samaritans. Today makikita natin na ang dami na ng style of worship or expressing of seeking God. For example through dance,singing,designs, or playing instruments and this is our Generation at walang masama dun. The problem is in our hearts, we worship Him kapag ang heart natin is singing but when our heart is in trouble we dont love to worship God or continue the ministry to serve others and to serve God.Worshiping God while our heart is broken can lead us in greater faith than when our heart is singing.
In John 4:21 Jesus said to the Samaritan "Believe Me". Ang gandang pakinggan ng word na to galing kay God. He is really stretching out His arm to say this beautiful words. We cannot worship God without believing in Him. Believing is forgetting our old ways. Turning away are eyes from looking at worthless things and turning our passion to worship Him in spirit.
May isang song akong narining and sabi sa lyrics "Cause I dont need to see it to believe it." Worship is more than sight seeing,. More than just watching the style of worship ng other churches. Worship is between you and God. In John 4:19 say's "Sir," the woman said, "I can see that you are a prophet. 20Our fathers worshiped on this mountain, but you Jews claim that the place where we must worship is in Jerusalem." In this verse the Samaritan is living in the kind of tradition of her fathers and the Jews. Ginagagaya nya lang kung anu ang nakikita nya. And that's true at nangyayari din yan hangagang ngayon.
Ultimate Worshiper must deny himself. Cause denying is saying NO. Kailangan marunong tayong mag say no to sin. Sa John 4:13Jesus answered, "Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, 14but whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.Pinapipili tayo ni Lord kung ano ang dapat nating inumin. God is telling us the complete package of eternal life but we are just laughing to it. We always say to God that im still on the process. Ganu pa katagal? We are hurting God. You can worship God without love but you cannot love God without worshiping Him.
Say this prayer:
Lord I worship you in spirit and in truth. You are the end of my searching. I want ot know You more by means of worship. Speak to me right now. Cleans my heart as I lead this world. Help me to overcome all the circumstances in my life. I surrender to you God Jesus Christ. Amen

MArami sa atin bago umalis ng bahay salamin ang madalas tignan pero sa totoo hindi talaga ang mismong salamin kundi ang sarili nating mukha ang tinitignan.Pag tumitingin ka ba sa salamin anu ang nakikita mo. Pag-asa ba o Delubyo? Ikaw na ang makakasagot nyan.Ako mismo nagising sa tanong na ito. Something happening inside of me when I was reminded by God to be the hands and feet of this world.
Naalala ko nung highschool days ko 2 years na ang nakakaraan,may isang group activity na pinagawa yung teacher namin at kailangan namin mag grupo grupo. Five members sa isang grupo. And sabi ng teacher ko malaya kaming mamili ng kung sinong member ang kunin namin. At ang nangyari ang mga matatalino ay nagsamasama at yung parang pabanjing banjing lang sa pag aaral ay napasama sa isang grupo. Ngayon sa tuwing mag gugrupo grupo ulit kami ganun lagi ang nangyayari. Maski ako nagsasawa ng makasama itong pabanjing banjing ko na klasmeyt kasi wala akong makukuhang magandang idea sa kanya hehehe ang sama eh nuhhh... Parang ang nangyayari eh sa tuwing makakagrupo ko sya eh katapusan na ng grupo namin. Yun talga ang nasa isip ko nun.
Siguro medyo nakakarelate ka rin dito kaya medyo mahirap tanggapin di ba?...
Minsan marami sa atin ang nakakaencounter ng ganitong sitwasyon. Minsan nagsasawa na tayo sa paulit ulit na nangyayari. Parang lifestyle nalang na may isa tayong kakilala na para bang wala ng ginawa sa buhay kundi maging prente nalang pati yung buong team naaapektuhan na. Maybe hindi nya nakacatch yung vision natin. As leader of a team we must encourage and share our thoughts with them. We must help them to be productive. Wag natin hayaan na hindi nya makita yung vission natin.
For example sa Worship Team minsan nagkakaubusan na ng musician and worship leaders. In reality kasi yung mga available lang talaga yung pwedeng tumogtog and mag worship lead and mag backing vocals but the rest are called na mag work after graduation for financial purposes at wala namang masama dun. But the question is may tinayo ka ba na leader para humalili sa iniwan mong posisyon?. Sa timeframe na ibinigay ba sayo ni Lord nakapagraise ka ba ng bagong musician and worship leaders before ka mag work? Maybe kaya hindi ka nakapagraise eh dahil sa loob lang ng worship team ka nakatingin not knowing na sa labas maraming naghahantay nahihiya lang sila.Oh meron naman nanjan na yung tuturuan eh ang sabi mo hindi ka pa ganun kagaling magturo para magworkshop hindi mo ka level ang Hillsong.
Remember God doesnt Called the equip but He equip the CALLED!
Hindi mo na nakita na may mga passionate people din sa paligid mo na nangangailangan ng leadership mo to lead them to stand and become musicians of God.
Maraming talented na beginner na musicians and worship leaders sa paligid natin why not encourage them to join the team to feel and embrace the atmosphere of worship. Being part of the worship team is not gaining skills,gaining new instruments,gaining fame, we are not consumers, Fault finders, but we are the ultimate worshiper,the leaders and encouragers that will train and equip the lost and the found by God's grace.
In reality ule sa loob ng isang team pag nakikita natin na lahat ay nagiging busy tatlo nalang kayong nagdedevotion before practice or minsan naman eh parang walang buhay yung paractice nyo kasi wala yung magaling mong drummer or guitarist at ang kasama mo ay isang baguhan lang ay parang nawawalan na tayo ng gana kasi nasanay tayo na pag kasama natin yung maga worship leaders na sanay na sanay na or yung mga advance eh on fire tayo. Worship is not like that. Worshiping God is seeking Him by leading the team and congregation with heart as one united in the spirit in the atmosphere of ENCOURAGEMENT.Encouragement can bring people to a higher degree or level of passion. Believe me kahit baguhan pa yan kahit hindi kayo magagaling if your team is united with God there is nothing imposible na maaccomplish nyo yung ginagawa nyo. SAbi sa verse na ito:
Romans 15:5-6
5May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ Jesus, 6so that with one heart and mouth you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We cannot do it by ourselves na iencourage yung team, kung tayo mismo ay hindi alam yung word na encouragement eh panu tayo makakapag encourage. We must ask God to encourage us to ignite a fuel that will burn the passion to worship God in our team. Thats all we need. While we are following God Plan for our team we must put God on the driver sit. magugulat nalang tayo na may sumusunod narin satin.
Pag nacatch ng bawat member yung vission ng team they will be going to the right place and right direction.
Kung ang vission ng team is to multiply. First ang gawin ikaw mismo start mo na mag share ng talents. Balance your time to teach others. PAra pag dumating yung araw na tawagin ka ni Lord for work eh may kapalit ka. And lalo pa kayo ngayong dumami.
Magugulat ka na lang na yung sumusunod sa iying tao ay may sumusnod na rin. You dont need a 100 na estudyante ang kailangan mo lang ay one more person and the rest si Lord na bahala.
Following Christ is:
1.Gaining the atmosphere of Worship
2.GAining the Atmosphere of Encouragement
3.Gaining the Atmosphere of Unity
4.Gaining brand new musicians and Worship Leaders.
Say this Prayer:
Lord You are God and my creator I surrender my everything to You. You guide me when im blinded by the fears and failure. Give me strength to stand,to teach the lost and found. Use my life to be an example to them. I want to live a life to the full. I will share the talents that you've given to me. So that others may live in this atmosphere of Passion and Worship. Im ready to follow You now. Take the driver sit and let Your will be done. Teach me how to be humble.Amen

KRISTIAN ANTONES CORNITA (born 27 January 1987) is a musician and songwriter, best known as the keyboardist and former Band Leader of Cavite based worship christian rock band 24KCUBE.His parents, Odon and Ma.Isabel, were then United Church of Christ in the Philippines Members. When Kristian was one year old his parents joined the UCCP in Cavite. Here Kristian and his sister Jedidiah spent their childhood.He began playing drums at the young age of nine years old, and focused his efforts to playing piano from the age of fourteen.Kristian joined the 24KCUBE band at age 18.At the same time as this, He met with fellow 24KCUBE musicians bass player and music director Joshua Valverde, Lead guitarist Joman Toledo, vocalist Barry Serwelas,Drumer JC Novela and younger members Gelo and Jomane Toledo.
In May 2005 Kristian was elected the Treasurer of the 24KCUBE. His PASSION for leadership and trying to inspire young musician to live to their full potential and make a difference in the world has made Kristian as the first Band Leader of their Worship Band.
In 2009 he became the Stage Design Director at 24KCUBE.Christopher Garcia, who has replaced him as the band leader of 24KCUBE, is now leading the worship team alongside Barry Serwelas,Jobel Melody Escanilla,Edmar Zeta,Bonn Natabio,Ivy Valverde and Abigail Serviano.
Kristian was also the keyboadist player for the Every Nation Campus Ministry in 2008 at University Belt,Manila,Philippines.

IM WONDERINGwhat will be my next bearing toward GOD is it 90 degrees,45 degrees wondering what will be His next command is it "hard port"? or "hard starboard"?... im so excited about the future.. alam ko kaya ko pa... basta Steady at course "0 degrees" lang yung passion ko.. Im not afraid about the waves and the hurricanes because God knows how to sail my shipI'm not scared coz I know I've prepared myself for it.Sabi nga the darker the night the brighter the stars.... His promised is alive in my heart.. I remember when I wrote my first composition wooohh astig.... titled INSPIRE THE FIRE...Im at the top of the mountain facing the vast,wide and endless horizon of the ocean..Im just thinking noon na yung fire ko pag alabin pa ni LORD ng husto at maging endless din kagaya ng horizon ng ocean... .now here I am and thinking of what will I gain and what will i lose?now that im 22 I know there is so much more to see... sometimes nagdadaydream ako na who will be added in my life to complete the beautiful picture that God has destined for my me. Mark 8:34 thats my life verse its says that if You want to be His disciple you must take up your cross and follow Him.. I really love that verse it reminds that everytime i will get hurt while im on my voyage I must first think of Him. I just need to search wonderful things out with GOD's grace and promise. You are my saving grace my creative God!! masaya ako kasi i've found my purpose in you. Im losing my whole for your HEART DESIRE. now at this age HE made me a lot tougher than expected so ibig sabihin KAYANG KAYA KO!

INSPIRE THE FIRE

I remember way back in the year 2005 I attended a youth camp of Norwegian Mission Aliance(NMA) in Puerto Galera,Philippines. Everyday we spent our time in fellowship.. meeting new friends,encountering GOD through praise and worship and passionate preaching. We were on the top of the mountains facing the vast and wide ocean of Puerto Galera. For me it's a very nice place to meet God there because you will feel the creativeness of God and His passion to change you in His likeness.
In our third night each group must present a talent presentation and I was assign as the leader of the group to direct the drama. The drama portray about the people and youth who are engage in drug addiction,alcohol and some bad things that can lead them into there destruction. I was thinking to catch the attention of the audience by choosing and focusing on that scenario.I was amazed seeing people crying in every scene in our drama. I really thank God cause He opened the heart of the Youth who joined the camp. After our awesome presentation I saw our audience crying because they can relate on what we are portraying in the drama. For me it was an awesome night of bringing people to the feet of JESUS.
After that night I start writing song. And I was able to relate my self in that situation. I prayed to God to used my skill while Im writing this song. In the first stanza of the song It talks about the reality we see in our surroundings without God. All we can see is sadness even if we close our eyes there is anger that enter inside our ears. Sometimes we are blinded by the sadness and anger. Sometimes we are tired of hearing bad things again and again. We do our best but still it ends up into failure. That feeling leads me to write this stanza. Here is the first stanza of "INSPIRE THE FIRE"
Everytime I open my eyes
All I can see is sadness
Everytime I close my eyes
All I can hear is anger
After creating that words I began writing the Pre Chorus. In the Pre Chorus my heart is telling me something to write words of hope and perseverance. Words that no matter what happen I will climb the mountains of sadness,anger,financial,broken relationship and others that hinder our way towards GOD. For me I want something that will make us different as a child of GOD. Making a difference to see the world at the top of the mountains. Seeing the beautiful plans of the Lord waiting on us at the tip of that mountain. Here is the Pre-Chorus of "INSPIRE THE FIRE"

And I will see the beauty of the world
Cause I know You are there in my heart
Im now in the chorus. Im having a hard time thinking what will be the right words that can support the first stanza and pre-chorus. I want something that continues flow of worshiping. And Im end up with the words of Inspire the fire. Its all about seeking God's Fire to enter in our hearts eventhough sometimes its hard to understand His ways. Worshiping Him to Inspire us inspite of sadness. Because Worshiping & desiring for His fire in times of difficulties it can lead us to greater faith,passion and leadership. this song Inspire the fire talks about not only me or my fire but Im also concern about the fire of all my friends to continue to burn for GOD. Im praying to GOD to Inspire them also. Here is the Chorus of "INSPRE THE FIRE"
